Hello everyone,Happy six-month anniversary to LSR Wellness! The time has flown. We turned an empty space into your primary care home base. It’s been fantastic seeing the practice come to life and flourish. We’re thrilled to see a variety of familiar and new faces. Welcome to all of our new members!

We had a great event last week at Greenhill Condominium holding a Balance and Fall Prevention lecture with physical therapist Dalia Amar.More of those to come.

Here are some upcoming practice events:

1. Walk With a Doc – it has to be warm by then, right?

We’ll meet at the duck pond at Haverford College on Sunday 24th at 11:00 Hope to see you there!

2. Should I stay or Should I go?” We’ll discuss important topics related to “Aging in Place” such as maintaining independence, medical concerns, managing finances and support you might need to manage this process.
